Very loud location. Could barely sleep at night. Was there for an Ironman and barely slept the night before. Also i had a full powet outage from 8pm till 10am the day of the race and no one did anything about it, i had to prepare all my gear in total darkness with my phone flashlight.

I booked and paid for a king room, but at check-in, they were sold out and gave us two queens instead. They blamed it on booking through a third-party website, which is unacceptable. After reading other reviews, this seems to be a recurring issue. It feels like they overbook and don’t honor confirmed reservations. Very disappointing experience.
